There is a standard model of confirmed elementary particles above this text. There are two types of particle groups, fermions, and bosons. Fermions, like quarks, and electrons form material, like protons, and neutrons. And bosons are force carriers. Every boson carries one of four fundamental forces. Or their counter force.
